Last weekend we enjoyed the wonderful spring weather. Spring is the season when we normally visit the terraces for the first time of the year and enjoy the sun. We all hope that this will be possible soon. To get in the mood already here is a delicious Gin Coffee & Tonic recipe:
30 ml Gin
10 ml Honey Syrup
100 ml London Essence Indian Tonic
pour into a glass filled with ice.
Stir and pour 1 espresso on top.
Enjoy.
